Pr. Sylvester Mugabi is a Minnesota-based
pastor, teacher, and leadership mentor with a prophetic voice of hope, revival,
and restoration. He is the Founder of Fireplace Ministries Minnesota and the
Lead Facilitator of the Inspired2Inspire Leadership School, where he equips
believers and emerging leaders to live with purpose, integrity, and spiritual
fire.
He also serves as the Senior Pastor of
Fireplace Church Butamiira in Jinja, Uganda, a growing ministry focused on
discipleship, revival, and community transformation. Pr. Mugabi is married to
Joy Mugabi, and together they are blessed with four children. He strongly
believes that family is the first and most important ministry, and this
conviction shapes both his teaching and leadership.
Pr. Mugabi is a committed member of Mosaic
Alliance Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, where Pastor Jerry Kragt serves as the
Senior Pastor. He values accountability, mentorship, and spiritual covering,
and he continues to grow under strong pastoral leadership.
With a deep heart for children and
underserved communities, Pr. Mugabi carries a burden for villages in Uganda,
particularly in raising and discipling the next generation through education,
church planting, and community development initiatives. His ministry blends
sound biblical teaching, revival passion, and compassionate action—calling
individuals, families, and nations back to God’s fire and purpose.
